Return Policy

We are proud of our Southern Living Store product assortment and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All of Southern Living Store's products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund for your order within 30 days of delivery. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on any personal care items, furniture, magazines, select oversize items, sale items or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. In the event that your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within twenty-four (24) hours so that we may replace the damaged merchandise.

How do I make a return?

Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. To make a return by mail, just email us at support@southernlivingstore.zendesk.com with your order number and we will provide you with a return label.

The Southern Living Store is not associated with the magazine subscription. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience but cannot provide an RMA number for these returns. We recommend reaching out to their customer service. See Below for further assistance on this particular matter. (We are NOT affiliated with the book and magazine subscription).
